City or State please Kenner, Louisiana (just west of New Orleans) 6. Your occupation or if you are retired, what was your occupation? Presently a receptionest at East Jefferson General Hospital 7. If you are retired, what are you doing now? See answer to number 6, not retired. 8. Your hobbies and/or pastimes. Read, crochet, visit with friends,love music 9. How many children do you have and where do they live? 4 girls & 1 boy...Linn in Arkansas, Alice in Mississippi, Scott in Alexandria, La., and Lexie and Barbie in suburbs near me. 10. How many grandchildren do you have? 12 grands and 2 great grands 11. Did you hold an office while in high school, participate in sports, the band, the Hussars, etc.? I only started at TJHS in my junior year and was much too shy to try out for anything. 12. What were your aspirations when you were in high school? To do what was expected of me, become a wife and mother (have loved being both, but have wider outlook now) 13. Did you accomplish most of the goals you set for yourself back then or did you alter your direction? Mostly, with a few alternate paths. 14. What was your favorite song during your high school days? Twilight Time, by the Platters and all songs by the Platters and most all othe music too. 15. What was your favorite movie back then? Can't remember, but I liked to go. 16. What were your favorite hangouts? i.e. The Beehive, the movies, the drive in, Pleasure Pier, etc. Loved skating at Pleasure Pier 17. Do you have photos of any of these events? Lost most of my pictures and treasured keepsakes in a fire in December of 2006. (Webmaster note: I am so sorry to learn of this. I've had things stolen in my many moves so I understand the losses.) 18. What was your favorite subject in high school and why? Loved French III, English (Mr. Parker) and Bookkeeping. 19. Who was your favorite teacher or was there a teacher who inspired you? Liked Mr. Pickard(?) in Social Studies (almost forgot, I also liked Social Studies) 20. What was your most embarrassing moment or your worst nightmare during high school years? I've tried hard to forget that. 21. Where did you meet your mate if you are married? If so, please relay the information so it can be added to a memorial page. Have lost touch, but knew so many of the ones on that list (cried wheh I saw Lenis on that list) 23. Keep it brief and you do not have to share, you don’t have to have anything you would do differently either. Would not do things differently, except my husband would still be here. 25. If you could go anywhere in the world and be any thing you wanted to be at this stage of the game, where would you go and what would you do and why? I like where I am now. 26. If you could go back to our high school days, which year would you go back to and why? Considering our high school days were 1954 to 1958 including Woodrow Wilson Jr. High years. Senior year, even at that tim it was perfect. 27. Is there anything in particular you would like to see on this website? More picture of then and now. (Webmaster note: Please visit our Kodak Gallery. If you don’t know how to scan or don’t have a scanner, would you be willing to send copies of the photos so I can scan them for use in the website? a few, but am reluctant to be one of so few willing to share then and now pictures. 29.
